Welcome to the Basque Country-Aquitaine-Navarre network section. This section was created on the basis of an agreement signed in March 1999 by the Rectors of all public and private universities located in these three cross-border regions. As a result of the agreement, a committee was set up, under the name of the Liaison Committee, which meets at least once a year to lay down joint courses of action.

UPV/EHU, as the only public University in the Basque Country, is a fundamental member of this Liaison Committee, which in turn constitutes a significant step towards the internationalisation of the UPV/EHU.
