Welcome to the Basque Country-Aquitaine-Navarre section. This section was created on the basis of an agreement signed in March 1999 by the Rectors of all public and private universities located in these three cross-border regions. As a result of the agreement, a committee was set up, under the name of the Liaison Committee, which meets at least once a year to lay down joint courses of action.

For your information, there is a series of official programmes providing funding for these activities: Basque Government, Interreg Projects, ...

UPV/EHU, as the only public University in the Basque Country, is a fundamental member of this Liaison Committee, which in turn constitutes a significant step towards the internationalisation of the UPV/EHU.
